Job Description:

Join a renowned short-term acute care teaching hospital in Washington, D.C., for a 13-week contract as a MS/Tele Registered Nurse. This role offers a steady 48-hour workweek, with all shifts scheduled as 12-hour days from 07:00 to 19:00. Your responsibilities will include managing cardiac telemetry patients, interpreting dysrhythmias, and providing specialized care like feeding tube management and IV therapy—including PICC lines and peripheral lines. You'll rotate every other weekend across six weekend shifts, with opportunities to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels. This position is perfect for experienced travelers with a background in telemetry, cardiac care, and a valid D.C. RN license. The hospital boasts 402 beds and uses Cerner for charting, with parking available on-site.
