Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract offers an exciting opportunity to work in the Emergency Department of a busy hospital setting. The role involves conducting telehealth patient assessments for approximately 40 patients daily, with a typical patient-to-provider ratio of 5:1. You'll be responsible for managing boarder patients awaiting inpatient beds, providing critical support during high-volume hours. The shift consists of 12-hour days, with an estimated weekly commitment of 36 hours. Candidates must pass a practice teleboard exam during onboarding and hold current MA licensure, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Experience with ED boarder patients is essential, and the environment demands quick thinking and adaptability.
