Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a fast-paced inpatient overflow unit at a well-regarded hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing care in a 20-bed medical-surgical and step-down area that primarily manages short-stay, high-turnover patients. The unit features telemetry monitoring, with bedside monitors and efficient workflows designed for nurses who excel in a collaborative, patient experience-driven environment. Your primary focus will be on patients with diverse needs, including medical-surgical and telemetry cases, requiring strong telemetry skills and experience in progressive care. You'll also have opportunities to float to other units as needed, adapting to varying bedside scenarios, within a setting that emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and efficiency.
