Job Description:

Join a high-acuity surgical trauma floor in Atlanta, where you'll be stepping into a fast-paced environment that demands precision and resilience. This 8-week contract offers 12-hour night shifts, providing a unique opportunity to gain experience in managing complex cases such as spinal neuro trauma, gunshot wounds, and paraplegic patients. You will be responsible for working alongside nursing support techs, unit secretaries, and coordinating with ED nurses during handoffs. Accommodate a patient ratio of 5:1 and utilize EPIC documentation systems. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in this specialty and holds BLS certification, with ACLS preferred. Flexibility with shifts is essential, and no RTO will be permitted during this assignment.
