Job Description:

This travel RN position focuses on Med/Surg care within a busy hospital unit specializing in women's surgical cases. You'll be working the 12-hour night shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM, on a unit equipped with modern med/surg tools and integrated with Meditech electronic health records. Your responsibilities will include performing post-op assessments, managing pain protocols, maintaining Foley catheters, and providing comprehensive perioperative care in a collaborative team setting. The unit, known for its compassionate staff and excellent teamwork, offers an engaging environment where your skills will directly support patient recovery and comfort. Experience in GYN, Onc, or Urology procedures is preferred and makes you stand out as a candidate. Occasionally, you'll handle post prostatectomy or hysterectomy cases, contributing to efficient patient care during high-volume hours, all while enjoying a supportive work culture with low turnover.
