Job Description:

Join ThedaCare Waupaca as an ER RN for a 13-week contract working 12-hour daytime shifts. This role involves providing critical emergency care in an 8-bed unit with a patient ratio of 1:4. You'll be responsible for charting in Epic, coordinating with a team of experienced professionals, and ensuring timely, quality responses to urgent situations. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a focused, fast-paced environment, where your skills directly impact patient outcomes. The schedule is structured around every other weekend and holiday rotations, with set hours guaranteed weekly, giving you a balanced work-life experience.
