Job Description:

Join a travel labor & delivery RN role in Leonardtown, Maryland, supporting a fast-paced high-risk labor and delivery setting. This assignment is designed for an experienced RN who is comfortable managing responsibilities across stable care needs, including advanced fetal monitoring workflows and high-risk scenarios.

You’ll work a structured 3x12 day schedule (07:00–19:30), with expectations that include circulating duties, FHM, and opportunities to function as a preceptor and/or charge support as needed. Weekend coverage is required on an every-other basis, along with every-other holiday scheduling. Float within the Mom/Baby and postpartum scope is required, so you’ll need confidence transitioning between related unit responsibilities while staying aligned with core high-risk L&D requirements.

The unique part of this contract: strong match to high-risk experience requirements and specific certifications—C-EFM through NCC, STABLE, NRP, ACLS, and BLS—plus call coverage (36 hours in 6 weeks or 12 hours per pay-period, with on-premises response within 45 minutes).
