Job Description:

Join the emergency department of a small yet vital hospital in Rumford, ME, for a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am. As an RN specializing in ED care, you'll be the only nurse with one other RN team member, managing a diverse population of all ages with a patient ratio of approximately 1:2.5. Your expertise in triage and quick decision-making will be essential in providing high-level care to patients with a wide range of illnesses and injuries. This role is an excellent opportunity to handle complex cases in a setting where your skills truly make a difference, all while enjoying the unique charm of the River Valley community. The hospital is equipped with Cerner and Omnicell systems, supporting efficient workflow within the critical access hospital environment. No call duty required during this assignment, giving you plenty of time to explore the scenic outdoor activities around Rumford.
