Job Description:

Join a travel contract as an RN for Med/Surg at Valley Baptist MC in Harlingen, Texas. This assignment runs 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, with 36 guaranteed hours per week over a 13-week standard contract. You’ll be part of the Neuro Med Surg unit (6081), bringing your Med/Surg experience to a specialty setting where day-to-day workflow is organized around consistent, long shifts.

If you enjoy getting into a rhythm and seeing real progress across a full shift, this role is for you—settling in, taking ownership of your schedule, and working alongside your team in a focused Med/Surg unit.

Weather:

Expect warm temperatures and plenty of sunshine for much of the year, with occasional humid days. Evenings can be breezy, making it comfortable for time outdoors when the sun goes down.
