Job Description:

Step into a travel healthcare contract on a post-surgical Ortho/Spine unit in Dallas, where your nights keep the momentum going during a busy mid-week flow. This 12-hour nights assignment runs for 13 weeks, supporting operations across a spine-focused unit that handles a steady mix of orthopedic spine and related post-surgical experiences.

You’ll work with equipment and documentation tied to unit workflows, including PCA pumps, ice machines, Welch Allyn vital sign machines, tele boxes, and IV pumps, using Meditech as the EMR. The EMR and unit pace mean you’ll stay sharp—especially on heavier mid-week volumes—while being part of a team built to move efficiently together.

Skills required for consideration include Medsurg experience, ACLS, and BLS, with preferred interest in PCU and ortho experience. This role is competitive, and flexible shift coverage is essential—excessive RTO will not be approved or considered. There is no on-call requirement, and floating is often within the MCHS to Tele areas, with occasional float to MCD.
