Job Description:

Work as a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CM) RN for a travel healthcare contract in Beverly, Massachusetts. This role focuses on concurrently reviewing inpatient medical records to ensure documentation uses payer-interpretable language and accurately reflects acuity and resources expended. You’ll also review surgical documentation to support precise ICD/10-PCS code assignment and ensure records meet required regulatory criteria sets.

Your day-to-day includes documenting integrity findings that align with established compliance expectations, working within defined criteria to support accurate coding and reporting. If you enjoy detail-driven chart review and making documentation “fit” the information payers need, this assignment is built for that kind of meticulous work.

Key requirements include CCDS certification, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and Epic experience. BLS (AHA) is required, and a Massachusetts RN license is required. BSN is preferred.
