Job Description:

Join our team as an RN supporting inpatient hospital case management. You’ll help coordinate care across the continuum by working closely with the interdisciplinary team to keep discharge planning moving smoothly and on time. This contract is based in Appleton, and you may need to float to Mercy and/or Calumet if staffing requires it.

We’re looking for a traveler with inpatient hospital case management experience who enjoys organized, detail-driven work and can confidently adapt when assignments expand to nearby sites. It’s a chance to bring your skills into a fast-paced flow where every handoff matters—and where your planning directly shapes the end-to-end inpatient journey.

Weather:

Expect comfortable, changeable weather with warm daytime temperatures and cooler evenings. Conditions can shift from breezy and sunny to cloudy spells, so layering is helpful.
