Job Description:

Explore an OT travel role built around a 60/40 hospital-to-outpatient split in Long Prairie, MN—where your day-to-day work blends general rehab settings with outpatient care focused on hands and upper extremity. This assignment serves adults of all ages, bringing variety to your caseload across acute care therapy and outpatient upper-limb needs.

Shift structure is 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (0800–1630). You’ll be joining a team in a setting that combines inpatient rehab and outpatient therapy work, with the added twist that outpatient includes hands/upper extremity—so you’ll spend your time evaluating, treating, and progressing functional outcomes with precision.

Requirements include an active Minnesota OT license (temporary licensing may be available) and Epic experience, plus current BLS. If you’re looking for a contract that keeps your schedule steady and your responsibilities varied, this role is a great fit.
