Job Description:

This outpatient occupational therapy assignment in Peoria, IL offers a chance to work with pediatric patients facing sensory processing challenges, brachial plexus injuries, and other developmental conditions. The role involves providing therapeutic interventions for individuals from birth to 18 years old, primarily during outpatient sessions. You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of up to 10 patients per day, focusing on assessments and targeted therapies. Shifts are Monday through Friday, with variations in start times—some early mornings and late mornings. The setting offers an opportunity to apply your pediatric experience in a supportive environment, with access to supervision and a detailed department-specific orientation. This is a contract position lasting 13 weeks, with a commitment of 40 hours weekly, and a pay rate of approximately $2,332.80 gross per week.
