Job Description:

Join a travel nursing team in Kirkland, Washington, serving as a Charge Nurse in Labor & Delivery. This contract is built for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong LD skills, including recent high-volume delivery work (around 2,500+ annual delivery experience at the facility). You’ll lead from the circulating side while supporting operations across Labor & Delivery, with floating to PP and Pediatrics as scheduled. The newborn mix includes mostly well-baby peds with a Level 3B NICU component focused on low-acuity infants.

Shift structure is 12-hour nights, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours. Epic experience is required, and the ideal traveler brings both LD and PP experience, plus the confidence to step in as a charge during busy delivery periods. If you’ve completed travel assignments before, that experience is a plus.

Weather:

Expect mild, often overcast conditions with periodic rain and cool evenings. Days can be comfortable, but staying prepared for changing skies will make your time outside more enjoyable.
