Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you at the heart of the Trauma/Ortho/Med-Surg unit at Rapidis Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. You'll work 12-hour night shifts, providing vital support in a busy medical-surgical setting with a strong emphasis on telemetry. Your role involves executing procedures such as IV insertions, wound care, and Foley catheter insertions while collaborating seamlessly with a dedicated team of nurses, LPNs, and PCTs. The unit's telemetry capabilities mean you'll often be involved in patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, especially with frequent pulls to telemetry units. This assignment offers a chance to refine your critical thinking skills and build experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, all while contributing to optimal patient outcomes.
