Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse specializing in orthopedic and neuro spine care, working 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. This role requires hands-on experience with IV starts, telemetry, and pain management for post-surgical and trauma patients. You'll help manage a patient census averaging 37 in rooms designed for high acuity care, supporting a team during active night hours. The assignment is ideal for nurses comfortable floating to other units as needed and those who thrive in a high-energy environment. Be prepared for a schedule that emphasizes efficiency and precision, with 36 to 48 hours weekly over an initial 13-week contract. This is a unique opportunity to refine orthopedic nursing skills within a well-equipped, supportive team, with no room for RTO requests after booking.
