Job Description:

Travel as a Registered Nurse for MS/Tele in Massena, New York, joining a weekend-coverage role built around 12-hour day shifts. This assignment runs 3x12-hour days (07:00 - 19:00) for 36 hours per week, with shift coverage extending every other weekend (EOW). You’ll support MS/Tele care by monitoring cardiac rhythms, interpreting dysrhythmias, and assisting with escalation when rapid response or code teams are activated.

The work includes managing common respiratory and cardiopulmonary needs such as COPD and pneumonia, supporting isolation precautions/PPE workflows, and providing oxygen delivery across systems including nasal cannula, BiPAP/CPAP, and HFNC. You’ll also handle IV initiation and maintenance, including peripheral lines and central line/PICC line management, as well as blood product administration when indicated. Patient experiences may include chest pain rule-out, non-specific abdominal pain, cellulitis, CVA (cerebrovascular accident), seizure disorders, and substance withdrawal.

Epic is required, and the role is a good fit for an RN who can hit the ground running with strong tele-capable assessment and rhythm management—without needing a first-time traveler.
