Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work within a Level 4 maternal center in Austin, Texas, renowned for caring for the most complex maternal cases. The role involves 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with no on-call duties required. As part of the team on the 3rd floor, you will support high-risk maternal patients, assisting in vaginal and Cesarean deliveries, tubal ligations, and other specialized procedures. The unit's well-established staff and long-term leadership foster a collaborative environment, and you'll have access to updated facilities and technology like Meditech and CPN EMR systems. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week, gaining valuable experience in a highly regarded facility that emphasizes patient-centered care and team work. The assignment combines clinical expertise with the excitement of contributing to a top-tier maternity unit, all set in a city known for its vibrant culture and friendly atmosphere.
