Job Description:

Join a 12-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Case Management at a well-established hospital in Sanford, Florida. This role focuses on acute care case management within the hospital’s 3East and 3West units, requiring involvement in transitions of care, utilization review, and interdisciplinary team rounding. You will work with Meditech and Midas systems, utilizing your DCP assessment skills and experience with InterQual protocols. The shift runs from 8am to 4:30pm, with weekend rotation, offering an engaging opportunity to apply your expertise in a busy, supportive environment that values technology and teamwork.
