Job Description:

Join a reputable medical-surgical telemetry unit as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract at a vibrant hospital in Shelby, North Carolina. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts, caring for adult patients with varied diagnoses, including cardiac, respiratory, and neurological conditions. This role offers an engaging environment where you'll interpret cardiac rhythms, manage non-titrating cardiac drips, and support patients with tubes, drains, and IVs. The hospital's Level 3 Trauma designation and certification as a Chest Pain and Stroke Center mean you'll encounter a fast-paced setting that keeps skills sharp. Floating within the region may be required to multiple facilities, providing diverse experiences and opportunities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The position requires at least 18 months of recent Med/Surg/Tele experience and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
