Job Description:

Join a critical care float RN role where you'll rotate through all adult ICUs and step-down units, providing essential care in a fast-paced environment. This position offers a unique chance to experience a variety of adult critical care settings without focusing on specific specialties like post-cardiac surgery or transplant patients. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, covering a 36-hour weekly commitment over 13 weeks. Be prepared for quick thinking, adaptability, and proficiency in ICU protocols. Successful candidates will navigate a demanding but rewarding scope of practice, with exams at orientation to ensure expertise in medication management and telemetry.
