Job Description:

Join a critical care nursing team at Mercy Hospital Washington, where you'll provide specialized inpatient care to medical, cardiac, and neuro patients. This 13-week assignment features night shifts with a consistent schedule of 36 hours weekly, giving you the opportunity to become intimately familiar with a busy, high-acuity unit. You'll be engaged in titrating cardiac drips, monitoring ventilated patients, and recognizing early signs of patient deterioration—making every night a new challenge. This role is perfect for experienced RNs who thrive in fast-paced settings and are comfortable working independently within a collaborative team, all while donning professional scrubs in a welcoming hospital environment.
