Job Description:

Seeking an experienced registered nurse for a 13-week contract in a hospital setting. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in the Neuro Med/Surg unit at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. The unit features modern equipment such as telemetry monitors, IV pumps, and EKG machines, with a supportive team that includes tech support during day and night. You'll be providing attentive, compassionate care by executing tasks like starting IVs, managing surgical drains, and performing basic wound care. Be prepared to handle patient and family interactions with professionalism and empathy, facilitating bedside shift reports and including families in care plans. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to apply your Med/Surg skills in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and quality patient experiences. Expect to work three 12-hour shifts weekly, including rotating weekends, and be part of a team dedicated to stroke, trauma, and chest pain care excellence.
