Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse contract offers an engaging opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment focused on the care of fragile newborns. You'll be responsible for attending deliveries, including both vaginal and cesarean sections, and assisting with the transition of newborns to the NICU or newborn nursery. Your role will involve managing ventilators, central lines, and administering medications, all while providing compassionate support to families during often emotional moments. The shift features 12-hour days, providing a steady routine with ample opportunities to develop your skills in a supportive team setting. This assignment is unique in its balance of hands-on clinical procedures and family education, offering a comprehensive neonatal experience.
