Job Description:

Join our team as a Critical Care Float Registered Nurse, providing vital support across multiple ICU units, including SICU, MICU, CCU, and OICU. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll handle a variety of critically ill patients—ranging from trauma and surgical cases to oncology and cardiac patients. The night shift runs 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, primarily Fridays through Sundays. Working as a float, you'll adapt quickly to different units, applying your expertise and flexibility to stabilize and monitor patients with complex needs. This assignment is ideal for nurses with at least two years of critical care experience who thrive on variety and teamwork, with a focus on providing exceptional care during overnight hours.
