Job Description:

This critical care float RN position offers the chance to work across multiple ICUs, including Trauma, Oncology, Cardiac / Heart and Vascular, Neurology, Medicine, and COVID units. The role involves floating to inpatient floors and non-critical care units as needed, with responsibilities that include managing high-acuity patients, tubing IVs, and possibly acting as a patient sitter. You’ll be relied upon to bring independence and strength to a fast-paced environment, with shifts consisting of 12-hour days on a rotating schedule. No two days are the same here — this role challenges your adaptability and expertise in critical care settings.
