Job Description:

This ICU travel contract in Summit, Wisconsin, offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a Level II Trauma Center with 91 beds and a dedicated 14-bed ICU unit. You'll be managing critically ill patients, including those on ventilators and with complex diagnoses like sepsis, pneumonia, and post-cardiac events. The role involves vent and trach management, invasive line monitoring, and interpreting cardiac rhythms, all while using EPIC EMR. The shift is 12 hours nights, with rotating weekends, and a schedule spanning 13 weeks. Unique to this assignment is the high level of multidisciplinary support, including intensivists available 24/7, bedside telemetry, and access to advanced equipment like chest tubes and CVVH. You'll have opportunities for orientation and support systems designed to ensure your success while navigating a fast-paced critical care environment.
