Job Description:

Join a busy Labor and Delivery unit as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Santa Monica, California. This 12-hour day shift position involves caring for patients in antepartum rooms, labor and high-risk units, and triage with no on-call requirement. You will monitor fetal heart rates, support high-risk pregnancies, assist with C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and postpartum care—occasionally managing couplet care for newborns and mothers. The role offers a chance to experience a mix of high-acuity obstetric cases and the opportunity to work in a hospital situated right on the beach, making it a unique setting for your next assignment. You may also be floated to postpartum units if needed, providing a diverse and engaging work experience.
