Job Description:

Join a prestigious ICU float pool team as a Registered Nurse in San Francisco, where your expertise will be essential in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting. This role offers a unique opportunity to experience the diverse patient population across various intensive care units, emergency departments, and post-anesthesia care units. You'll work 12-hour rotating shifts that may switch between day and night cycles, providing a dynamic work schedule with the chance to develop your skills across multiple departments. Your adaptability will be key as you float between different UCSF facilities, contributing to seamless patient care in a varied environment. Expect to bring your minimum two years of ICU experience, and showcase your proficiency with advanced devices such as ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, CRRT, and PA Catheters. The position emphasizes a collaborative spirit and flexibility, making it a rewarding challenge for a seasoned ICU RN ready to expand their expertise and make a real difference. The assignment lasts 25 weeks, with a weekly gross pay of approximately $2,527.08, working 36 hours per week. RTO (Return to Office) time must be added back at the end of the contract.
