Job Description:

Join our med/surg team on a 16-bed unit, where you'll provide hands-on nursing in a rural hospital setting. This role involves caring for diverse medical conditions, including respiratory issues, surgical recoveries, and congestive heart failure, with a focus on delivering compassionate, personalized patient care. You'll interpret telemetry strips, manage high patient turnover, and work alongside supportive staff in a schedule that includes 12-hour night shifts.
