Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse role places you in a Level III NICU setting, where you'll be at the forefront of neonatal intensive care. Expect to provide bedside care and act as a charge nurse during 12-hour night shifts, spanning from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Your work will involve managing high-risk deliveries, supporting neonates from 34 weeks gestation onward, and working closely with families to deliver compassionate, family-centered care. The assignment is unique due to the mix of bedside duties and charge responsibilities, offering a well-rounded NICU experience. You’ll be part of a team that's dedicated to high-acuity neonate management with an emphasis on safety and precision. The shift requires a minimum of 3 years of solid NICU experience, including high-risk delivery management, and certifies compliance with BLS, NRP, and Advanced NRP. Float requirements may arise, including potential coverage in Labor & Delivery or other units, with shifts scheduled as needed to meet the unit’s needs.
