Job Description:

This NICU Respiratory Therapist position offers a chance to work in a bustling hospital setting that specializes in neonatal intensive care. You'll be responsible for performing and interpreting tests, managing respiratory therapies, and supporting newborns in a level 2 and 3 NICU or special care nursery. The role involves a rotating schedule of 36-hour night shifts with a commitment of 12 hours per shift, including every third weekend, providing a rhythm that keeps the work engaging yet balanced.
