Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse (NICU RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Clinton, Maryland. In this role, you will work three 12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 pm to 7:00 am), providing specialized neonatal care in a Level II nursery. This unique assignment offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in managing pre-term and full-term infants, including those requiring ventilatory support and advanced monitoring. You will perform procedures such as lumbar puncture, start and manage ventilators, and stabilize fragile newborns, often collaborating closely with physicians. The environment requires confident decision-making, proficiency in neonatal resuscitation and ventilatory management, and the ability to float to postpartum and labor & delivery units as needed.
