Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity for IMC nurses seeking a night shift adventure in Duluth, Minnesota. You will provide specialized care on a 22-bed intermediate care unit, managing complex medical patients with conditions such as strokes, sepsis, and substance withdrawal. The role involves variable day and night shifts, with a focus on monitoring patient stability, performing neuro assessments, wound care, IV therapy, and collaborating closely with the healthcare team. Expect occasional assignments as a 1:1 sitter or helping hands, all while working in a setting where shared responsibilities like alarms and call lights ensure a cohesive team effort.
