Job Description:

This travel assignment is ideal for experienced L&D RNs eager to make a difference in a busy hospital setting. You will be responsible for providing nursing care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal phases, ensuring safe deliveries and postpartum recovery. The role involves floating across the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Neonatal units, where your critical thinking and leadership will help coordinate patient care during some of the most pivotal moments in childbirth. Expect to manage a variety of cases, from active labor to postpartum, with patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4. This position is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy a mix of clinical responsibilities, and are comfortable with MedHost, GE Centricity, and Athena EMRs.
