Job Description:

This travel RN role in Labor & Delivery/Postpartum offers a challenging yet rewarding experience working in a 44-bed community hospital in Matthews, NC. You'll be responsible for providing comprehensive care to LDRP patients, including circulating procedures like C-sections and newborn assessments such as heel sticks, NAS scoring, and lactation support. The unit operates with RN patient ratios adhering to AWHONN guidelines, and your duties will include working 12-hour day shifts during a 13-week assignment. This position is ideal for experienced labor and delivery nurses who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are comfortable floating within the region to other nearby facilities as needed.
