Job Description:

This contract opportunity is for a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) nurse specializing in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care. The role involves providing expert bedside care to critically ill newborns and infants in a 31-bed unit, with the flexibility to float to pediatric or PICU units as needed. You’ll be working 12-hour night shifts, gaining hands-on experience managing complex medical procedures with electronic charting on EPIC and medication administration via Pyxis. The assignment offers the chance to work within a dedicated team on a high-acuity unit that emphasizes professionalism and attention to detail. Orientation is comprehensive, ensuring you’re fully prepared to handle the unique needs of this specialized environment from the start.
