Job Description:

This contract offers an opportunity to step into a vital role supporting acutely ill patients under the guidance of experienced nurse leaders. You will be responsible for independently prescribing, delegating, and coordinating nursing care in a fast-paced environment, mainly during night shifts. The job involves assessing patient needs, developing and updating individualized care plans, and responding swiftly to rapidly changing situations. The role requires strong judgment and clinical skills, all carried out within the framework of the ANA standards and California Nurse Practice Act. Expect to build trusting relationships with patients and families while working closely with physicians and advanced practice providers. This assignment provides a hands-on experience in a hospital setting where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes. Flexibility to float and work no block schedule makes this a dynamic and rewarding nursing role.
