Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse contract offers a hands-on experience managing adult surgical and medical ICU patients in a 17-bed unit. You'll be responsible for ventilator management, IV med titration, and caring for critically ill patients requiring total care. Work will be on 12-hour night shifts, with a schedule that may include rotating weekends and some holidays. The role involves floating to various units like CCU, Stepdown, and MedSurg, so flexibility is key. Prior ICU experience of at least 1.5 years is necessary, and first-time travelers must have a minimum of 2 years of permanent RN experience in acute care. This assignment is ideal for those seeking a fast-paced environment with diverse patient types and the chance to demonstrate advanced skills in critical care.
