Job Description:

This ICU nurse contract offers the opportunity to work in a busy unit with a variety of patient cases, including sepsis, stroke, DKA, and general medical and surgical conditions. You will be responsible for running codes during emergencies, titrating multiple drips such as Levo, Neo, and Propofol, and providing primary care to patients with lower acuity as needed. The shift is 12 hours, either 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a schedule based on census. Expect to support a team with a mix of experienced ICU staff, a hospitalist presence 24/7, and some telehealth integration. Prior travel experience and Meditech proficiency are highly preferred, as is familiarity with airway management and advanced cardiac life support procedures. This role is ideal for a seasoned ICU RN looking for a supportive environment to apply their skills in a fast-paced setting.
