Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Rapid City, South Dakota, for a 14-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. You'll be caring for complex ICU patients with a range of diagnoses, including trauma, cardiac, neuro, and post-surgical cases. The unit is a mixed ICU divided into pods, primarily focusing on surgical, medical, and cardiac patients, with minimal floating to other units unless specifically experienced. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilators, proning protocols, and critically ill patients, including those requiring Impella, IABP, or CRRT. A strong critical thinking ability, Epic charting experience, and ICU skill set are essential. If you’re an experienced ICU nurse ready for a fast-paced, challenging environment, this assignment will keep you engaged and sharpen your skills.
