Job Description:

Join our ICU travel assignment in Charlotte, NC, where you'll step into a busy, high-stakes environment providing specialized critical care to adult patients. This role involves managing ventilators, invasive lines, cardiac rhythms, and a variety of complex diagnoses, all within a 30-bed ICU. With a shift structure of 12-hour nights, you'll experience the rhythm of the night shift, supporting patients and the dedicated team during these hours. Your expertise and quick decision-making will be essential in maintaining optimal patient outcomes in this fast-paced setting that emphasizes teamwork and precision.
