Job Description:

This revenue-generating ICU travel assignment in Phoenix, Arizona, offers an engaging opportunity for experienced ICU nurses specializing in cardiac and trauma care. You will work 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks in a high-acuity setting that demands proficiency in managing complex cardiac patients, including those on ECMO, ventilators, and with invasive procedures like IABP and CRRT. The role emphasizes skills in sterile procedures, bedside interventions, and fast-paced decision-making, with the chance to contribute directly to critical patient recovery. Unique to this assignment is the focus on advanced therapies, the requirement for SIMs Lab competencies, and the possibility of floating to various units including Telemetry and Westgate campuses.
