Job Description:

Join a Level III Trauma Center ICU in Salem, Massachusetts, where you'll step into a fast-paced Medical ICU environment with a focus on adult patients facing critical conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, and cardiac emergencies. This 13-week contract offers night shifts with 12-hour overnight hours, providing ample opportunity to develop advanced telemetry skills and immerse yourself in complex adult intensive care cases. The role involves floating across Medical/Surgical units, managing up to 4-5 patients during float periods, and coordinating with attending physicians and residents. This assignment is ideal for ICU nurses with at least two years of continuous MICU experience, ready to apply their expertise in a high-acuity setting while enjoying the rhythm of night shifts.
