Job Description:

Join the ICU Critical Care Float Pool as an RN for weekend day shifts, working 12-hour days from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM. This role offers a chance to experience a variety of ICU settings, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, MICU, and NCCU. You'll float within units of similar or lower acuity, providing critical care support across different patient populations. This assignment is ideal for experienced ICU nurses eager to diversify their skills while maintaining a consistent schedule. You'll be responsible for managing ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and operating within EPIC electronic health records, all while adhering to float policies and safety standards. The role combines clinical expertise with flexibility, ensuring you can make a tangible impact in multiple ICU environments during your shift.
