Job Description:

Join the emergency department team in Rochester, NY, for a 16-week contract working 12-hour day shifts from 7A to 7P. You'll be part of a high-volume, high-acuity environment with 80 treatment spaces, specializing in geriatric emergency care in a modern setting. Your role involves providing support in a team-focused, well-led unit, with opportunities to experience a variety of cases and work alongside experienced colleagues. Weekend shifts are required, including one every contracted week or two every other weekend, along with at least one holiday participation. Flexibility for blocked scheduling is available, and although on-call shifts are optional, they are recommended, providing additional hours. Ideal candidates will bring at least two years of recent emergency experience, hold an active NY RN license, NIH, and AHA BLS certifications, and have a U.S. work history if applicable. Charting will be completed using EPIC, contributing to a seamless workflow. Residing at least 50 miles away from the facility is required for eligibility.
