Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a 16-week travel contract at a busy hospital in Midland, Texas. This role involves working 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) with rotating days off and call requirements. You'll be supporting a variety of surgical specialties, including General, Orthopedic, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT, with Peds experience preferred. The schedule varies weekly, so flexibility is key. This assignment offers the chance to gain diverse OR experience while working in a fast-paced environment where your adaptability keeps the operating rooms running smoothly. The weekly gross pay is approximately $2,196.15 based on a 36-hour commitment. Participants will need to be comfortable with a fluctuating schedule and be ready for call duties that may arise unexpectedly.
