Job Description:

Join a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week travel contract in Portland, Oregon. This position involves rotating between units, providing critical care for the tiniest patients in the hospital's NICU. Expect to handle ratios of 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1 depending on patient needs, with the opportunity to float to other units within the hospital as required. The shift runs 12 hours overnight from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, offering a different pace and unique nocturnal challenges. Be prepared for on-call responsibilities and weekend rotations every other week. This assignment is ideal for NICU RNs with at least two years of Level III experience who own a vehicle, as travel between multiple facilities is expected. You will need to bring your expertise to a fast-paced environment where adaptability and critical thinking are key to success.
