Job Description:

Join a renowned Level II Children's Hospital in Tacoma as a Registered Nurse specializing in the NICU. This 13-week travel assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to care for a variety of fragile and high-risk neonatal patients, including preemies as early as 22 weeks gestation, those with respiratory needs like ventilator support and trachs, and babies requiring complex procedures such as PICC lines and medication administration. The role involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing critical care alongside a dedicated team in a private room NICU that supports both high-level and overflow care. Expect to utilize your skills in respiratory support, handling surgical patients, and managing acute neonatal conditions, with some floating to the ER for sitter duties. This position is perfect for a compassionate RN with at least 2 years of experience in Level III-IV NICU, a friendly attitude, and a passion for making a difference in little lives while experiencing a vibrant city setting.
